All or Nothing? The EU Global Strategy and Defence Policy after the Brexit
Sven Biscop contributed an article to a special issue of the journal Contemporary Security Policy on the new EU Global Strategy. Among the other articles is a contribution by Dr. Nathalie Tocci, Special Advisor to the High Representative and the main penholder when the new Strategy was being drafted, on “the making of”.
