From 8 to 11 September 2026, the 100 students of the 10th cohort of ENA RDC participated in a 4-day course on “Process Management and Performance Management” in Kinshasa. The course focused on how public administrations can better structure, analyse and improve their internal processes while embedding performance and continuous improvement into their day-to-day operations.
Delivered by Isabelle Verschueren, expert at the Federal Public Service Policy and Support (FPS BOSA), the course introduced participants to practical approaches for defining objectives, monitoring results and improving organisational processes, drawing on experience and tools from the Belgian public administration. By strengthening these management competencies among future senior civil servants, the activity contributes to supporting a more effective and results-oriented Congolese public administration. It was organised within the framework of the partnership between Enabel, ENA RDC and the Egmont Institute, with the support of the Embassy of Belgium in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
