12-14 May 2026: Exploring Innovation and Collective Intelligence for Public Governance at ENA RDC (Training)

From 12 to 14 May 2026, teams from ENA RDC (École Nationale d’Administration de la République Démocratique du Congo) participated in a training session dedicated to “Innovation and Collective Intelligence in Support of Public Governance” in Kinshasa. Organised within the framework of the partnership between Enabel, ENA RDC and the Egmont Institute, with the support of the Embassy of Belgium in DRC, the activity aimed to strengthen institutional capacities through innovative and collaborative approaches to public administration.

Over the course of 3 days, participants explored how collective intelligence and innovation-driven methodologies can contribute to transforming governance practices, combining conceptual reflections with practical applications adapted to the realities of public institutions. Delivered by Stephen Boucher, the training introduced participants to collaborative methods and innovation tools directly applicable to the day-to-day functioning of the public administration.

By encouraging new forms of collaboration, problem-solving and participatory approaches, the initiative contributes to supporting the modernisation and effectiveness of public governance within the Congolese administration.
