Benin bevindt zich op een kruispunt. Met zijn aanwezigheid kan België het toekomstige traject een beetje mee sturen. Als Defensie en Enabel zouden vertrekken, weet je niet wat er zal gebeuren. Er bestaat dan het risico dat het land chaotischer en autoritairder zal worden. Terwijl België gedoemd is om langs de zijlijn toe te kijken.
