Benjamin Bodson
Biography
Benjamin is a Belgian diplomat, currently Deputy Head of the Cabinet of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Development Cooperation Maxime Prévot. He previously served at the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the EU. In addition to his diplomatic function, Benjamin is still involved in academia as a lecturer in EU law at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. He is also an Associate Fellow at the Egmont Institute, where he contributes to the European Affairs Programme, and a Transatlantic Inclusive Leader Network Fellow of the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
Benjamin previously worked as an academic assistant in EU law at UCLouvain and HEC Paris. His research focussed on EU institutional law issues. Benjamin holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science (MSc in International Relations Theory, 2015) and the University of Liège (Master's in Law, specialised in Public Law, 2014).
