The Egmont Institute, in cooperation with the Europe Office of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, organized an in-person one-day expert workshop, designed in the format of a scenario-building exercise on the future of EU enlargement. The workshop explored the political, institutional, and geopolitical dynamics shaping the enlargement process, as well as possible future scenarios for EU accession. The discussions will contribute to a joint Policy Paper and Commentary to be published by the Egmont Institute and KAS.
