Conference on the strategic autonomy of the EU, with Pierre Delsaux (Deputy Director-General, DG Defence Industry and Space, European Commission), Lieutenant-General Rudy Debaene (National Armaments Director, Belgium), and Georges Heeren (Director, Belgian Security and Defence Industry, Agoria).
The conference will focus on the level of ambition for the defence industry and the potential of the European Defence Fund created by the European Commission.  The event will be chaired by Prof. Dr. Sven Biscop.
