Conference with  Prof. Dr Jolyon Howorth (Yale) on the occasion of the publication of the second edition of his Palgrave book:  Security and Defence Policy in the European Union.

The author will discuss his findings with Claude-France Arnould (Chief Executive of the European Defence Agency), Daniel Keohane (Director for Strategic Affairs at FRIDE) and Prof. Dr Alexander Mattelaer (Institute for European Studies at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel).
The conference will be chaired by Prof. Dr Sven Biscop (Egmont). Colonel Guido GS Maene (Director-General of the RHID) will offer closing remarks.
