The event is a briefing on “Security developments in the European Arctic and the Russian push to control the High North” with Samu Paukkunen, Acting Director of the Finnish Institute for International Affairs. During the event, Mr. Paukkunen will describe the hard security related developments in the European Arctic and analyse the capabilities of the Western Arctic countries to rebalance the situation.
