How should Europe respond to today’s challenges, and how can we avoid a longer period of relative economic decline and reduced geopolitical relevance in a rapidly changing global environment?
This is the question that inspires a policy paper recently published by the National Bank of Belgium, Eurosclerosis 2.0 in a Changing World: From Repetition to Rupture.
The Egmont Institute is happy to welcome Mr Pierre Wunsch, Governor of the National Bank of Belgium and one of the report’s co-authors, on Thursday, 25 June at 12:00 pm for a working lunch to which you are cordially invited. The discussion, which will take place under Chatham House Rule, will be moderated by Mr Alexis Brouhns, Chairman of the Institute’s Management Board.
