Internationally recognized for advancing participatory democracy, he has supported global networks such as Democracy R&D and FIDE North America while contributing to the growing “deliberative wave” in governance. His career spans academia, media, and public affairs, with research and writing focused on the citizen’s experience of the state, public imagination, and responsible government.
