The Egmont Institute and College of Eastern Europe (KEW), a Polish independent foundation, are organizing a public debate dedicated to discussing the main threats facing democracy in the EU and the impact of the upcoming European election on the future of democratic systems in the Member States.

The discussion will be initiated by the presentation of the report “Tug of war: Mapping threats to democracy in the EU,” written by Adam Balcer (KEW) within the framework of the project Protecting European Values co-funded by the European Union, and will be followed by a panel discussion.
