The Egmont Diplomatic Club (EDC) had the pleasure of hosting its first Talk of 2024, titled “The New Geopolitics of European Defence.” This engaging event took place at the University Foundation on 7th May 2024, and was rich in compelling insights. Esteemed speakers included Prof. Dr. Sven Biscop, Director of the Egmont Institute’s Europe in the World Programme, and Prof. Dr. Alexander Mattelaer, a Senior Research Fellow at the Egmont Institute.
