The Education & Training Programme was proud to launch a 10 half-day online Advanced Training course to the attention of 11 mid-career Palestinian diplomats based in Ramallah. This training is an initiative of the Belgian Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs, and aims to provide the participants with an interdisciplinary understanding of the functioning of the European Union, as well as workshops to strengthen their diplomatic skills such as “unusual advocacy” and “public speaking”.
