More union in European defence
This report of a CEPS Task Force, including Egmont’s Jo Coelmont, aims to provide the High Representative with the narrative and the proposals to strengthen defence cooperation in the EU. Ultimately, the necessary defence integration should amount to a ‘European Defence Union’ (EDU).
